Pressure hoses and return hose covers are highly resistant to oil, heat, and ozone, which can cause normal assembly to fail prematurely. The tube construction can withstand internal oil temperatures up to 300°F. A double pile of high tensile strength braided fabric, the Edelmann Pressure and Cylinder Line Hose withstands pulsating pressures up to 1,500 psi and burst pressures up to 8,900 psi. The tubing is Pro- or Alterne-coated, and the couplings and fittings are galvanized to protect against rust and corrosion. The uniform crimping process ensures a long-lasting connection, and the ferrule ends are flared to prevent hose pinching or cutting under tight bending conditions. Tapered crimp design reduces stress and reduces tube fatigue. Mounting brackets are included in appropriate locations to ensure perfect alignment and stable installation. If the OE uses non-reusable functionality, Edelmann will replicate that functionality in retrofit products.
