Vehicles manufactured after April 1, 1998 cannot be used because it violates safety standards for the headlight ON/OFF function. *Regarding changes to safety standards (lights always on) - see page 91. Precautions for use: This product cannot be used on vehicles manufactured after April 1, 1998, as it violates safety standards.
