Flower picture candle set B starts with Mutsuki's violets, and includes seasonal flowers such as dandelions and morning glories to decorate the 12 months. At the beginning of each month, we offer a candle for that month and light it on the anniversary of the person's death in order to remember the deceased. You can also use it as a substitute for flowers when flowers don't last long, or as a decoration in your room. Each picture candle is carefully hand-painted by a Kiyomizu-yaki artist, and the details of small nightingales and butterflies are carefully drawn, and the technique is reminiscent of the Rinpa school. In northern countries where there is a lot of snow, it was difficult to obtain Buddhist flowers during the winter, so picture candles were created by drawing pictures of Buddhist flowers on candles and offering them to the Buddha. There is a legend that by lighting a beautiful flower candle, ``the fading flowers will reach the Buddha.''
