This pedal is an evolution of RAT BASS, a pedal designed for use with electric basses.It is made with higher gain at low frequencies, and can also be used with guitars. Each of the two RAT BASSes can be configured with different settings and instantly switched using a footswitch. There is no difference between RAT 1 and RAT 2 unless you use the effects loop. Powered by standard center negative 9V DC adapter, battery powered. cannot be used.
