BLOOM GALA CASE On Friday, August 15, 2008, investment banker and lobbyist Tom Biggins attended the announcement of a new exhibition. At Bloom Gallery of 20th Century Art in Dogwood Heights, Georgia. Before the revelry had end Tom's dead body turned up in the back stairwell stumbled upon by one of the servers.
