Blue Moon City once reduced the land of the urban city to rubber. The continuous war is over. Many in the city are calling for reconstruction. They continue to work to bring the city back to its former glory. But only one group will lead the reconstruction. And have the right to rule in this new era of peace. In Blue Moon City, players are calling for the restoration of the ancient city's buildings. They gather working groups from among the population and contribute to the reconstruction process.
