1. Unplug the headlight wire harness from under the gas tank. 2. Remove the headlight from the blower using a 3/4 inch socket. 3. Remove the outer retaining ring of the headlight. 4. Install the new black outer ring from the back of the headlight housing and screw it onto the front grille. 5. Return to blower and plug in wire harness.
