Click here for details How to play Capital Punishment Start by shuffling the main deck and the punishment deck. Deal 5 cards from the main deck to each player. Place both decks in the center of the table. Choose the first judge. Everyone except the judge can exchange one card for another card from the main deck at the beginning of each round. Now it's time to choose one card from your hand and present it face down to the judge. Once everyone has been presented, the judge will flip the card. *Legal Strategy Cards* Keep an eye out for these as you draw from the main deck. They can turn the court proceedings to your advantage (or to the disadvantage of others) and may be the key to victory. Each card tells you what to do with it and when you can use it. Everyone makes an "opening argument" to convince the judge and other players that their card is the worst one at the table - for any hilarious, annoying, or terrible reason. Once everyone has said it once, they can challenge the others to emphasize themselves. Once the judge has heard enough, he decides which card is the worst one. Winner is whoever plays the card chosen by the judge. The judge flips the penalty card. The "penalty card" and points go to the winner. Repeat the rinse with a new judge each time. That's the game.
