This item has a cross flag emblem that fits into the recess on the underside of the hood. This is not a complete underhood blanket. Does not fit GS ZO6 or ZR1. This is a photo of the C7 cross flag emblem taken with a high-end digital camera. PhotoSTEEL technology transforms it into thin flat steel, sized to fit the impression of crossed flags under the factory hood. Throw the hood on your C7 Corvette, and the LT1/LT4 engine will draw attention on its own, but this emblem on the inside of the hood completes the wow factor. GM was as impressed as we were and certified it as an officially licensed GM product. Kit includes a flat metal underhood emblem and a dual installation kit that includes both epoxy and hardware mounts. There is one small hole at the tip and bottom of each wing, required during emblem manufacturing and also used in the hardware installation kit. Please view listing images at full zoom as the hood emblem does not fully fill the factory flag markings under the hood. We recommend using both included installation kits during installation as there is no need to remove the hood liner. There is no need to remove the hood liner if you are just installing it using epoxy.
