The late model ``Honda NSX-R'' released in 2002 and commonly known as ``02R'' has an all-aluminum monocoque body and is equipped with a 3.2-liter V6 VTEC engine that applies racing engine assembly technology. Thorough weight reduction by using carbon materials, thin glass, and eliminating soundproofing materials reduces the weight by 70 kg compared to the stock NSX.
