AUTOart 1/18 scale, composite die-cast model. The new Ford GT was unveiled for the first time in 2015 to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the legendary Ford GT40, which dominated 1st to 3rd place at Le Mans in 1966. This is a supercar that will be made into a commercial car based on the race car that won the class at Le Mans the following year in 2016. It has a lightweight carbon fiber body and is equipped with a 3.5-liter V6 twin-turbo engine with a maximum output of 647 hp, achieving a maximum speed of 347 km/h and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.0 seconds. Due to a rush of buyers, 1,000 units were produced, double the number originally planned. In AutoArt, not only the extremely wide and low proportions based on the "GT40" but also the details are realistically reproduced. The dihedral door that opens upwards and the active rear spoiler are movable.
