Each player can make two expeditions on every planet. Players can earn Empire Points by defeating units, learning technologies, capturing landmarks and performing operations on those planets. At the end of the game, players earn Empire Points for meeting certain conditions, which are outlined on specific goal sheets. Whoever has earned the most Empire Points wins.
