The AEM Water/Methanol Injection filter is an in-line filter that uses a micronic mesh screen to filter particulates down to 40 microns. This allows a clean stream of water/methanol to pass through the engine, protecting not only the internals of the engine itself, but also the working parts of the water/methanol pump. Run an AEM Water/Methanol Injection filter in-line before the pump to protect both the pump and engine. When using a water/methanol injection system, the pump life can be significantly extended due to the use of a water/methanol filter. AEM Water/Methanol Injection Filters prevent foreign objects 40 microns or smaller from clogging or damaging pumps, injection nozzle check valves or flow sensors. AEM Water/Methanol Injection Filters use fittings that work with 1/4" OD nylon tubing, making them compatible with most water/methanol injection kits currently on the market.
