Access to the blower motor on some vehicles requires removing the dashboard. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector. (Note: On older vehicles, the blower motor is located in the engine compartment on the passenger side firewall). 2) Remove the blower motor assembly retaining screw. 3) Remove the blower motor fixing screw. Remove the motor from the box. 4) Compare the new blower motor to the old blower motor to ensure you have the correct part. Install the new motor into the box and tighten the fixing screws. Reinstall the blower motor assembly. 5) Connect the blower motor electrical connector. 6) Operate heating and A/C systems. Verify that the blower motor is operating at all speeds and that the system is producing hot and cold air.
