It also helps to calm highlights that have been applied too strongly. It is a water-based paint that is easy to use and spreads well, just like regular Citadel Color. Originally developed as a paint for miniature battle games, it is ideal for brush painting small models. It has almost no odor, and can be diluted with water or washed with a brush until it dries, making it a paint that is recommended for beginners and those who are concerned about the eyes of their family. After drying, it becomes water-resistant, and if rubbed with a lacquer-based solvent, it will dissolve, but there is no problem with applying it over with model paint.
