This is a 1/150 scale wooden architectural model of "Matsue Castle" from WoodyJOE. Matsue Castle was a castle located in Tonomachi, Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture. Another name: Chidori Castle. Matsue Castle, with its castle tower still in existence, is located in present-day Tonomachi, Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, and is a flat-lined complex type flat mountain castle with the Ohashi River as its outer moat. It was built on Mt. Kameda on the northern shore of Lake Shinji, and is one of Japan's three great lakesides. It was completed in 1611 by Yoshiharu Horio, the first lord of the castle, over a period of five years, and is also known as Chidori Castle. The castle tower still exists and has been designated as a national important cultural property. The structure can be dug around the main enclosure, surrounded by the middle enclosure to the east, the Kitademaru to the north, the rear enclosure to the west, the outer enclosure from east to south, and the second enclosure from west to south. To the south of the Ninomaru is the Sannomaru, which is one step lower. *This product is a wooden model that requires assembly. *Adhesive, tools, paint, etc. are required separately for assembly and painting.
