This is a 1/350 scale wooden architectural model of "Tokyo Station Marunouchi Station Building" from Woody JOE. The Tokyo Station Marunouchi Station building opened in 1914 and is a Renaissance building designed by Kingo Tatsuno. It is a three-story reinforced brick building with octagonal domes on the north and south sides, and is a luxurious Western-style building with a total floor space of 9545m2 and a length of 330m. It is architecture. In 1945, at the end of the Pacific War, most of the building was burnt down, leaving only the brick walls and framework intact, during the American air raid on Tokyo. Restoration at that time took two years, and the original three-story structure was changed to two stories, and the distinctive north-south domes were changed from round to trapezoidal. Afterwards, the long-awaited construction work to restore the station main store to the original building was carried out from 2007 to 2012, with the exterior faithfully restored, and was completed on October 1st, 2012. A 1/350 complete model version of the Tokyo Station Marunouchi station building restored in October 2012. The three-story building and north-south dome from when it was built in the Taisho era have been faithfully recreated, and the wall on the track side, which is usually not visible to the public, has also been recreated. The precisely laser-cut wooden exterior walls are reinforced with bendable materials, and are constructed with a wide variety of photo-etched parts and soft metal parts, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of Renaissance-style architecture. *This product is a wooden model that requires assembly. *Adhesive, tools, paint, etc. are required separately for assembly and painting.
