The HANAKO series is a collaboration product between Yamada Kogyosho and Advanced Door, a masterpiece of cooking utensils that are made in Japan and cultivated through Japanese tradition and craftsmanship.Used in approximately 80% of stores, including the long-established and very famous Chinese restaurants in Yokohama Chinatown. The hammered wok of Yamada Kogyo, which has been covered extensively on TV, is mostly made using the press method, in which iron plates are pressed all at once. Yamada Kogyo's woks are manufactured using the hammering method, which is the only one in Japan that involves shaping the wok 5,000 times while adjusting the position of the hammer. Due to subtle changes in technique, it has good heat conduction and can be used to cook vegetables without sacrificing their crunchiness.There is a stamp of ``decision'' as a proof of Yamada Kogyo's manufacturing. In addition, Yamada Kogyo's pots are pounded many times during production, creating microscopic irregularities that improve the oil's adhesion and texture.
