The series of glass droplets was originally an idea to hide the joints left over from the manufacturing process, but designer Oiva Toikka liked it so much that it was featured throughout. As a result, the beauty of the shining glass stands out. Due to the manufacturing process, vertical lines created during molding may be visible.
