The conventional billet type release fork is now an even stronger forged type.
A reinforced type release fork compatible with 86/BRZ. This is the strongest release fork that prevents damage and distortion that regularly occurs with genuine release forks and reinforced type release forks that can be genuine. VERUS used to sell billet type forks, but we were influenced by the word "kaizen" and developed a better model. This is a release fork designed by using ANSYS to solve problems with genuine parts. It has become standard to use genuine processed products and genuine parts for EJ25 as reinforcement products, but both of these only lengthen the cycle and do not seem to be a fundamental solution. (As you can see in the analysis image, there are problems in the parts shown in red and purple) Since it is a genuine compatible shape, it can be installed on all aftermarket clutches that can use genuine forks. *This product is a single release fork. Bearing pivot not included. (Reinforced pivot sold separately) ■Specifications Forged construction from 4130 chromoly steel for improved crystal structure and strength. After heat treatment to hardness of 26~32HRC, low temperature treatment for physical properties. Black oxide film for rust prevention. ■Features Stronger than genuine or conventional billet forks. Fits like the original. Built to withstand up to 1000 lbs crimp.
