Product Introduction In 2022, JR East's five Shinkansen lines celebrate their anniversaries. To commemorate "Shinkansen YEAR 2022", the Yamagata Shinkansen "400 Series Tsubasa" and the Tohoku Shinkansen "E4 Series Max" are now available in Plarail in a special set in the colors they had when they first began operating! Both are coupled, allowing you to recreate the formations of the time. ■Based on the 400 Series Shinkansen Tsubasa (color when it first went into commercial operation)■Based on the E4 Series Shinkansen Max (color when it first went into commercial operation)■Both the 400 Series Tsubasa and E4 Series Max are vehicles that can be coupled together (pulling the lever on the third car will reveal a magnetic coupler, allowing the two cars to be coupled and run)■They form a 3-car formation and can be coupled and detached■Both have two speeds and can be run electrically, and with the switch turned off you can play by rolling them by hand*Rails are not included.
