Belltech Shock Extensions are designed to keep the shock as vertical as possible when lowering the rear of the vehicle. Contrary to popular belief, they are not designed to increase the spacing of attachment points. If you drop the rear of your car from 4"~7" and don't use the extension, the shock (2 tubes only) will not be up to normal standards.
