This knife is made from sika deer antler and is handmade by Mr. Terui, a Hokkaido craftsman. This knife is a craft made from a single piece of horn from the handle to the blade. In other words, it is not a knife that cuts like a knife. It can be used as a table knife, butter knife, or paper knife. The works of Mr. Terui, a Hokkaido sika deer craftsman, can also be seen at souvenir shops in Hokkaido. Each and every piece is painstakingly created and will move the hearts of nature-loving outdoorsmen. Since it is a natural material, each uneven pattern has individual differences. Dullness on the blade surface is not due to dirt, but the color of the material (core).・What is Ezo deer? “Ezo” was the word used to refer to Hokkaido in the past.
