[For the best grilled results on an extra-thick black iron plate! ] Unlike commercially available iron plates, the iron plate is thicker, so it has good heat storage properties and distributes heat evenly, allowing you to create a finish that looks like it was baked by a professional. Because it is thick, there is little distortion or warping, so there is no need to worry about deformation. The more you use it, the more flavor the iron plate itself will acquire. If stored properly, it can be used repeatedly. [Comes with a convenient scraper! ] The scraper is a standard accessory (1 piece). It can be used to remove the iron plate and for cooking. [Seasoning] Please be sure to season the product before use. Removes stains and odors from iron. The seasoning method is easy 1. Wash with detergent and water 2. Heat the iron plate over the fire 3. If you drop a drop of water on it and it feels like it's rolling, it's sufficiently heated. 4. Heat some oil and stir-fry the vegetable scraps. That's it. [How to store after using the griddle] Washing with detergent is not recommended. We recommend removing any burnt or dirt from the surface with the included scraper, applying a thin layer of olive oil to the entire surface, and then wrapping it in newspaper and storing it. Steel plates rust. If you manage it as described above, it will not rust and can be used for a long time. [Caution] When using a cassette stove, make sure that the iron plate does not overlap the cylinder.
