● Shimanto cypress selected by Mr. Tosa Ryunoike, who aims to make the world's best cutting board. It drains easily, is soft enough to prevent blades from spilling, has natural antibacterial and anti-mold ingredients, and has a refreshing feel and scent. ●Hinoki cutting board wood has almost no environmental impact while growing, and trees in the forest store water. This is also a big reason why we recommend wooden cutting boards. ●We have created three sizes that can be used for basic home cooking depending on the purpose and space. ●The cutting board, which is hard to find a place to store, comes with a stand so you can stand it up anywhere, and a hook hole is drilled in the top right corner so you can hang it on a hook, making it hygienic and space-saving. ●Since heavy cutting boards are difficult to use and wash, we decided on a thickness of 1.5 cm.
