This is a Mishima clay pot with a classic gray chrysanthemum pattern. This clay pot is suitable for families with 2-3 couples or small children. Open fire, microwave, and IH are possible. (Please remove the stainless steel plate when using an open flame or microwave) Made in Japan: Uchiyama Pottery
This product has a ceramic coating applied to the inner glazed glass surface. Its water-repellent properties prevent moisture from adhering to it, making it easy to clean after use. *Water repellent effect has been sealed in advance. Still, ceramics tend to absorb water, so if you are concerned about it, we recommend adding an additional sealant. ◆How to use an IH stove for cooking 1. Insert the included stainless steel plate into the inner bottom 2. Add the soup and ingredients from above 3. Place the pot in the middle of the IH stove and heat it. The stainless steel plate reacts with the IH and generates heat, warming the pot and ingredients. *Please make sure that the ingredients do not get under the stainless steel plate to prevent the reaction with IH from weakening. Earthenware pots do not allow heat to escape more easily than metal pots, so you can enjoy hot food on the table for a longer period of time.
