This drive unit is equipped with tracks (tracks) that provide stable grip even on rough roads where regular tires tend to get stuck and are difficult to drive, such as snowy fields, sandy beaches, and muddy roads. They have a wider ground contact area than tires and are also attractive for their excellent hill climbing performance. The unit base is attached to the hub carrier part, and the sprocket wheel that drives the track is connected to the drive shaft. Eight rollers are placed on the ground contact part of the track.
