This is a fleece jacket with an emblem of the 2nd Infantry Division of the US Army, which John Lennon used at his anti-war concert at Madison Square Garden in 1972, embroidered on his left chest. There is a phosphorescent medic red cross patch on the hem that reflects the night lights to ensure safety. This red cross has a Velcro closure and can be removed.
