Arches watercolor paper is the highest quality professional watercolor paper. Watercolor paper that does not easily change in quality and allows you to continue painting faithfully to the artist's sensibilities. Made of 100% cotton, it boasts excellent durability and absorbency. It has the texture of handmade mold-made (mold-made) paper. This is a unique product with a gelatin-type sizing agent applied inside and out. Each fiber has a uniform texture and absorbency. It has high surface strength and is resistant to fuzzing. Since the pigments do not get inside the paper, the pigments give it a glossy and transparent feel. Acid-free paper that meets the standards of ISO9706 (which establishes permanent standards for paper). No optical brighteners are used that cause yellowing or deterioration.
