From this challenge, we developed a number of diaphragm materials in-house. Excellent diaphragm materials such as B4C pure boron, SR titanium, and aramid skin aluminum honeycomb cone were also created using this design philosophy. A new generation of diaphragm material developed with an eye to high-resolution playback, which is a sound source with even higher quality than CDs, is ``NCV'', which is created by an optimal combination of carbon nanotubes and several types of resin. By adopting this new diaphragm structure, the DS-G500 gains music playback capabilities on a completely different level.
