Koransha vase. ●Made by Koransha. Koransha was founded about 300 years ago, during the Genroku era when Edo culture flourished, when the founder Eizaemon Fukagawa began manufacturing porcelain, the predecessor of Koransha, in Hizen Arita. During the turbulent period of the Meiji Restoration, which brought modernization to Japan, Arita ware lost all protection and support from the Saga Nabeshima domain. The 8th generation Fukagawa Eizaemon played a leading role in its revival. A strong spirit of independence brought together the best potters, painters, and pottery dealers of the time to form a society. This is "Koransha". In the 8th year of Meiji. Since then, he has received numerous honorary gold medals at world expositions held in countries around the world. In addition to increasing its reputation overseas, in 1891 it was even awarded the purveyor to the Imperial Household Ministry, which it continues to do today. Koransha's products have elegant patterns with elegant dyeing and brilliant red patterns on the white, hard, transparent fabric unique to Arita porcelain, and were loved in Europe, especially in the 18th century French sèvres. We offer a wide variety of products, including gold and silver Luli glaze products, as well as green series products that are easy on the eyes and soothing. Koransha's products are a compilation of the diverse patterns of traditional Arita colored porcelain, and are praised for taking Arita's traditional style one step further.
