The K&N Dry Charger is a siliconized polyester wrap that covers your K&N air filter or personal watercraft flame arrestor. Dry chargers similar to K&N Prechargers feature uniform micron-sized openings to allow for high airflow. However, Drychargers siliconized polyester wrap limits the amount of water that reaches the air filter and flame arrester.
