Install the filter top cap on the storage tank valve located in the opening marked "IN". 2. Attach the hose and nozzle to the filter opening marked "OUT". 3. When installing the element and bowl, please apply oil coating on both sides of the gasket. 4. These parts must be hand-tightened. If you overtighten the filter bowl, it will be difficult to remove it later. 5. After assembly is complete, check for leaks.
