"80D-RAPTOR" is our original muffler brand equipped with a multi-stage compression-expansion structure silencer. This product is a muffler compatible with vehicle model 2BK-SG52J. We are committed to in-house production and 100% domestic production, and continue to mass-produce with extremely high product precision, making our mufflers popular with many users. ■Exhaust Pipe By gradually widening the three types of exhaust pipes with different outer diameters, smooth acceleration without hesitation is achieved from the low rotation range to the high rotation range. The material used is SUS304 stainless steel, which has excellent durability, so you can enjoy driving with confidence even when used over long distances and long periods of time. We pursued the optimal pipe length for the engine characteristics, which greatly contributes to the "powerfulness" that is a feature of this product. *Compatible with genuine O2 sensor. ■Silencer Equipped with a "multi-stage compression-expansion structure silencer" developed by our company. The "RAPTOR" silencer does not rely on sound-deadening material (glass wool), and its unique internal structure limits the volume, making it difficult for the volume to increase over time. In addition, the uniquely designed silencer produces a deep and pleasant sound from low to high speeds, increasing the enjoyment of riding many times over. This product has been certified by the government and is a muffler that can be driven on public roads and has cleared all three regulatory values: proximity exhaust noise value, acceleration noise value, and exhaust gas concentration. As proof of this, we have installed a government certification plate on the rear of the silencer. In addition, the exhaust gas concentration is verified by the exhaust gas test report that comes with the product. *This product does not include optional parts such as removable baffles. ■Parts composition A full exhaust muffler consisting of two parts: an "exhaust pipe" and a "silencer". ■Installation condition It is fixed at 3 points: the engine exhaust port and the silencer (2 muffler bands). *This product comes with an exhaust gasket that is required when replacing the muffler. ■Repairs (after-sales service) We can respond to requests for various repairs and parts replacements that may be necessary, such as deterioration of the sound-absorbing glass wool due to age or damage to the muffler body. *Depending on the nature of the repair, you may have to take the product to our factory for repair.
