[Characteristics of Acostafil] ●Hard to scatter Since it is woven with continuous compressed glass fibers (threads), it minimizes the scattering of glass fibers during work. ●Excellent workability Acostafil is sheet-shaped, so it is easy to wrap around punching pipes. Compressed glass expands when heated, so it is OK to wrap it in a size that can be easily inserted into a silencer. It is easy to handle as all you need to do is tape it with masking tape on the outside. ●Highly durable Since it is woven with continuous glass fibers, it does not scatter and is highly durable. ●High heat-resistant temperature The heat-resistant temperature of conventional E glass is 800~850℃. A heat-resistant temperature of 870~900℃ is achieved by using newly developed ECR glass. ●Excellent sound deadening effect Adopts compressed glass made by bundling glass fibers and applying pressure to form threads. Since the yarn is woven into a sheet, it is possible to increase the filling volume, and the sound deadening effect is higher than before. *The guideline for wrapping one piece of this product (1100mm) is: If you wrap it around a punching pipe of φ54, it will be compatible with a φ120 silencer. Compatible with φ110 silencer when wrapped around punching pipe φ42.7. Please cut it according to your purpose.
