With an outside diameter of 1.25" and a recommended installed height of 1.7", this spring is ideal for use on Chevrolet Small Blocks with unmodified factory cylinder heads. This spring has a seat pressure of 105 pounds, a maximum lift of 0.45 inches, and a spring rate of 350 pounds, making it ideal for mild flat-tappet camshafts. 981 springs are compatible with our 750-16 retainers and 4753 shims.
