This is an oil cooler kit that can be installed by removing the stock air cleaner box and stock connecting tube and installing the SP TAKEGAWA air filter kit that attaches directly to the stock throttle body. For the oil cooler body, install the included oil cooler stay in the space where the stock air cleaner box was removed and fix it under the frame. This allows you to create the same style as previous Monkey customs. Oil can be taken out to the oil cooler by attaching the oil cooler unit included in the kit to the oil filter part on the stock clutch cover. A special oil filter is included that can be used even when the oil cooler unit is installed, so oil can be removed without compromising the oil filter function. The oil cooler unit is equipped with a relief valve mechanism similar to the genuine filter cover, and is also equipped with a neodymium magnet, which attracts iron powder mixed in the engine oil. A slim line hose is used to connect the oil outlet to the oil cooler body. You can choose the number of stages for the oil cooler body from 4 fins, 5 oil lines, or 3 fins, 4 oil lines. ■Compact Cool Body The cooler body uses a compact cool with excellent cooling effect. By installing an oil cooler, you can suppress the rise in oil temperature caused by increasing the engine bore. Oil cooler plate and guard are standard equipment. ■Can be installed simultaneously with the normal muffler or various mufflers made by SP Takegawa. ■Can be installed simultaneously with SP Takegawa steering damper set. ■Applicable products: Air filter kit (for normal throttle body) Black element 03-01-0037 Red element 03-01-0038 When installing this product, remove the normal air cleaner box and connecting tube, and then remove the SP Takekawa air filter kit (normal (for throttle body) must be installed. Add approximately 60cc for 4 fins and approximately 40cc for 3 fins to the standard oil amount.
