Etching Factory's radiator core guard has been repeatedly tested, mainly in midsummer 8-hour endurance road races, which can be said to be the harshest for radiators. The placement of the mesh pattern, the thickness of the mesh line, and the aperture ratio are packed with feedback from the racing scene. The hexagonal mesh pattern is fine in the center and coarse on both sides. The fine mesh in the center that matches the width of the tire reliably guards against pebbles and debris spun off from the front tire. The coarse mesh on both sides has an aperture ratio that takes into consideration the contradictory themes of "cooling efficiency" and "protection performance." In the case of aluminum or titanium, the mesh line width can only be achieved by reducing the plate thickness (reducing strength), but by using stainless steel (SUS304 0.5t), we have achieved the ideal line width without reducing strength.
