The top cog pressure loading design increases sidewall stiffness and prevents top cog bowling while increasing rotational flexibility. The bottom cog is made of high modulus rubber compound (BZX1), which provides excellent heat resistance and heat dissipation. The bottom cog is impregnated with short aramid fibers to improve belt-to-sheave adhesion and reduce overall belt temperature. The latest bottom cog design improves rotational efficiency during full shifts. Precise ground sidewall angle (scuff) for smooth bonding, power transfer and lower operating belt temperatures. The bottom cog is wrapped around aramid fiber cord and polyester to improve bottom cog strength. Improved cord popping resistance.
