Be sure to press fit using a hydraulic press. Do not attach the impeller or use a jig to directly press only the threaded part. ② Press fit so that the engine side is flat. If you do it the wrong way, the gear will interfere with the belling outer and won't turn smoothly. ③Remove and clean the bearing, oil seal, and mechanical seal, then install the new bearing and oil seal. ④Apply liquid gasket thinly and evenly to the oil seal adapter. ⑤Press in using a hydraulic press. ⑥ Wipe off the protruding liquid gasket. ⑦Insert the oil seal with the concave side facing you. Applying silicone oil will make it slippery and allow you to insert it all the way in. ⑧ Apply a small amount of Loctite to the base of the shaft, insert it, and leave it until it completely hardens (do not apply it to the inner bearing. Anything attached to the tip of the shaft may get inside the oil seal and cause leakage. ). ⑨Apply thread compound to prevent galling on the threads.
